Files should be sent to art@greystoneadvantage.com (please indicate job name and sales representative if possible in your message).

Files should be less than 2mb. Any files that are larger than this should either compressed with WINZIP or be sent on electronic media (see Media formats).

Editable EPS, Illustrator 10, Corel 10
Convert all fonts to outlines or include all used in the file.

PMS (Pantone Matching System) Spot colours or black/white. Provide CMYK artwork ONLY if the art is being produced in Full Colour format.

Adobe Photoshop, TIFF, JPEG or BMP
Minimum resolution for embroidery files is 150 dpi. The better the quality of supplied file, the better the final embroidery.

Embroidery file artwork should be setup in the colours desired for stitching.

File Formats for Re-creating Artwork - Art charge applies.
You will be notified of any costs (when possible) prior to your order being produced.

Anything from a hand drawing or artist rendering can be used to recreate proper artwork for production.

Any type of image in the following PC formats: MS word, Excell, Powerpoint, PDF, JPG, BMP, TIFF, GIFF or scanned drawing.

Some reference is needed for proper rendition. We suggest either choosing a PMS colour or using a standard colour palette (from MS word/excel/powerpoint) and then we will select the closest match.

Greystone will archive files at no extra charge for repeating orders. However we cannot be held responsible for any artwork damaged or stolen due to unforeseen circumstances.
