  My Rewards

Welcome to the exciting world of My Rewards, where you can choose from dozens of lifestyle products in a format designed to fit any budget. To begin your experience, please log into our My Rewards catalogue. If you are currently logged into My Catalogue or Logo Library, please logout before proceeding. If you are making a purchase, please complete your transaction before proceeding.

Print and Save these instructions. Buttons below are not active.

Login using your regular username, but add an "r" at the end, with no spaces (r is for Rewards). Then put in your password as you normally do, hit go and you're ready to proceed.

There are 18 levels in the My Rewards program, each one greater in value than the one previous. Click on the level you want, choose an item and select add to cart. Choose as many items as you like, from as many levels as you like.

You can easily change your mind at any time, simply by adding or deleting items. When you are finished shopping, click on the checkout button.

Complete your required ship to information, ensure your order is correct and click the finalize checkout button. Please note: taxes will be applied to your order based on the shipping destination and will be added to your order at time of payment.

You will be contacted by a Customer Service Representative (CSR) within 72 hours, to complete your order and collect payment (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Purchase Order). Please note that all products in the My Rewards program are not available for imprinting or branding, and delivery time is 3 to 6 weeks. If you require your rewards for a special event, please inform the CSR when confirming the order.





  My Rewards Returns

You may return any rewards item within 30 days, if it is defective or you have changed your mind (Please refer to our My Rewards Return Policy for further information). Contact our CSR department for a Return Authorization number. Products will not be accepted if there is not an R.A. number assigned to your return. If the product is defective, we will arrange shipping at our cost. If you simply want to return the merchandise, you will be responsible for shipping fees and there may be a restocking charge of up to 20% of the cost of your reward item(s).
